An Individual Membership is designed to be held by an individual Chair or experienced Board leader. It provides independent intelligence to strengthen Chair-level judgement and help Members stay ahead of the issues shaping the Boardroom.
Members receive access to CHAIRS Global Intelligence, including original research and proprietary frameworks, curated global insights, the Intelligence Library, askCHAIRS - our AI Intelligence Agent - and Chair-focused briefings and newsletters.
Individual Members may also be invited to selected online briefings and events, with member rates applying where relevant.
A Corporate Membership is designed to be held by an organisation and for Chairs seeking more than intelligence. It combines privileged access, confidential peer exchange and trusted support to strengthen judgement across the Board’s leadership.
It includes full membership access for the Chair and nominated Committee Chairs and, where relevant, the Lead adn/or Senior Independent Director.
Corporate Membership includes full CHAIRS Global Intelligence, enhanced use of askCHAIRS, access to Dialogue (the members-only peer forum), priority invitations for the Chair to CHAIRStrust, and confidential conversations with a CHAIRS Global Advisor at critical moments.
Corporate Memberships are assessed and approved by CHAIRS Global. Access is structured around the relevant Board Leadership roles within the member organization that has relevant scale and/or complexity, enabling a peer level of community and exchange.
Individual and Corporate Members use the same underlying askCHAIRSmodel.
The Individual Model draws on the CHAIRS Global portal library and curated external sources to deliver tailored governance insights.
The Corporate Model draws on a broader proprietary knowledge base, including additional CHAIRS Global intelligence and frameworks, curated global sources and appropriately anonymised insights drawn from proven Chairs who share their real-life wisdom and experience candidly with CHAIRS Global.
Individual Membership access is provided once the membership sign-up and payment process has been completed.
Corporate Membership access is provided once the membership has been assessed and approved by CHAIRS Global and the member organisation and relevant Board Leaders have been set up.
Individual Membership is US$1,100 per year inclusive of tax where applicable, and is billed annually.
Corporate Membership pricing and arrangements are agreed directly with CHAIRS Global. A reduced rate is available for not-for-profit and charitable entities.
Yes. If you would like to make a change to your membership or cancel it, please contact CHAIRS Global at chairs@chairsglobal.com.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid membership period. After that date, you will no longer have access to member-only CHAIRS Global content and services.
CHAIRS Global uses your information to manage your account and membership, process payments, provide member services and communications, and operate and improve the CHAIRS Global platform.

Your personal information is never shared with other members of the CHAIRS Global community and always treated as private and confidential.
No payments and credit card information are seen or stored by CHAIRS Global if payment is made through the payments page in the Portal. CHAIRS Global uses a recognized payments provider, Stripe, to manage transactions directly.
